We are looking for a friendly, dependable and organized person to join our property management team.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys a varied workday, likes helping people and takes satisfaction in keeping things organized and making sure things get done. You'll work with our property management and maintenance teams and have the opportunity to learn different parts of the real estate business.

The position is approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in the exact daily schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include a mix of office administration, resident communication, maintenance coordination, basic bookkeeping and leasing support, including:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors and helping direct questions to the right person
  • Helping coordinate maintenance requests between residents and our maintenance team
  • Following up with residents and maintenance staff when needed
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Entering bills and invoices and assisting with payment processing
  • Scanning and applying resident payments
  • Assisting with basic bank and credit card reconciliations

Who We're Looking For

  • You don't need property management experience. Administrative or bookkeeping experience is helpful, and we'll train you on our software and the way we do things.
  • Most importantly, we'd like someone who enjoys being part of a small team, takes ownership of their work and can be counted on to keep track of the details.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed for occasional apartment showings.
  • For someone interested in learning more, there is plenty of opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities in property management, leasing and real estate.
