Fastenal Company is hiring a Part-time Receiving Lead for our Indianapolis HUB. You will lead daily Receiving operations, verify incoming inventory and quantities, and prepare items for transfer to the next department. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members in receiving.
• Coordinate communication with employees and branches.
• Unload and inspect product for quality and accuracy.
• Use scales to weigh product.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Follow health, safety and sustainability rules.
