Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate for our Greencastle, IN location. You will handle inventory, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, while supporting daily branch operations.

The role involves local deliveries with a company vehicle, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with teammates to ensure accuracy and timely service. Schedule offers up to 28 hours per week with onboarding and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current valid drivers license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory.
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory.
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.

• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
