Shifts and daily duties include reconciling production activity, maintaining records, and ensuring production-ready labeling. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years in manufacturing or related roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or admin supporting operations.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to enter, maintain, and retrieve information from ERP or other systems.
• Attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and multi-priority communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily production activity and enter accurate bottling and bulk processing information into ERP systems.
• Maintain bottling databases, work orders, KPIs, and production records while preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage operating supply and remnant room inventory, including cycle counts, ordering, and system updates.
• Support the bottling department with case code labels, ensuring designs and formatting are accurate and production-ready.
• Partner with bottling, processing, warehouse, and other teams to identify discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.
