Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping schedules with logistics, warehouse teams, and carriers.
• Manage carrier check-in, loading assignments, and workflow monitoring.
• Process shipping docs: ship confirmations, BOLs, manifests, and reports in WMS.
• Track discrepancies and code freight invoices for reporting and improvements.
