Responsibilities

• Listing launch: ensure properties go live in CRM and on platforms.
• Inquiry intake: field calls/emails and screen against criteria.
• Document coordination: route documents between landlords, tenants, and attorneys and track versions.
• Entity verification: confirm Virginia business registrations.
• Signatures: issue signing packets and follow up until executed.
• Money: invoicing, deposits, commissions, and payments to co-brokers.
• Client updates: write biweekly status updates during active deals.
• Documentation: keep guides current and improve processes.
