• Reliable availability for 25–35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Process loans from application through closing and funding
• Collect, review, and track borrower documents
• Maintain loan checklists and timelines
• Prepare and organize loan packages for internal review and closing
• Order title work and coordinate insurance
• Coordinate closings among borrowers, title, and team
• Scan, file, and keep records audit-ready
• Answer routine questions from borrowers and partners
