Job summary

Edina Realty in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Listing/Sales Coordinator for a part-time in-office role in the Highland Park area. You will enter property listings and changes, support agents, sales management and staff.

This 25-hour/week position runs Mon–Fri 12:00–5:00 pm. Responsibilities include data input, MLS maintenance, scheduling, filing, reporting, and basic ad processing.

Qualifications

• Experience with clerical tasks, data entry and file management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain MLS listings and sales records using internal systems.
• Verify listing information with sales associates for accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support: phones, visitors, scheduling, mail, office upkeep.
• Track inventory, prepare packets, and maintain office equipment.
• Process advertising, license applications and payments; reconcile where needed.
• Generate reports and handle routine correspondence; may assist with escrow data.
• May back-up other staff and handle additional duties as assigned.
