Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Boston is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in ABA therapy settings. You will work 1:1 with clients in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA's supervision, collecting data and applying positive reinforcement to promote learning.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and benefits including medical insurance, a 401(k) match, and quarterly bonuses

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy and working with children.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and sit on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
