Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking an RBT for part-time, 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Role involves data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Travel to local in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
