Positive Behavior Supports Corporation seeks an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA. You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensuresuccess
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
