Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in‑home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
