Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings.

Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with ongoing mentorship and hands-on training to support families and ABA progress. The role includes data collection, collaboration with BCBA supervision, and flexible scheduling with a path to leadership in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
