Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Hoboken, NJ. The role requires afternoon/evening availability and weekend shifts, with starting pay of $24.60/hr for RBTs or $22.25/hr for BTs.

Paid training and a clear path for advancement are provided. Responsibilities include direct client support, data collection, collaboration with BCBAs and families, and teaching communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of data collection.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
