Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA oversight.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy for sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members; participate in training.
• Support operations with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
