Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs and help clients develop important skills with support and training provided by the clinical team.

Candidates must obtain RBT certification; we offer paid training and ongoing support to achieve certification. Opportunities to grow within a compassionate, child-focused organization are available.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and pursue BTC training to earn RBT certification.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and adapt to family needs.
• Training and support provided to earn RBT certification before delivering services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services aiming to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team, implementing individualized skill-building plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
