Heartland ABA is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. We offer paid training to help you earn your RBT certification before starting services, with ongoing support from a clinical team and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill‑building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
