Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will receive training to earn your RBT certification before starting services, with flexible, part-time hours and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Careful, patient, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
