Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism, implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision. This is a part-time role requiring compassion and reliability.

We offer flexible hours (12-20 per week), opportunities for growth toward RBT or BCBA, and a supportive team dedicated to families. A high school diploma and access to a tablet or laptop are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if already obtained.
• Passion for working with children and a positive, upbeat attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Observe and document client progress and behavior daily.
• Assist with acquiring academic and life skills as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry in the online system.
