Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and paid travel where applicable. This role starts part-time with potential to become full-time as caseloads expand, with quarterly raises and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required and experience with ABA therapy.
• Experience with children in educational or healthcare settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record progress data for client monitoring.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
