Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The role involves 1:1 sessions with children in home, school, or community settings and implementation of ABA-based plans.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
