Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring for part-time Registered Behavior Technician roles. The position focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings, with training and support to obtain RBT certification.

You will join a supportive clinical team, collect session data, and implement individualized skill-building plans while fostering a positive learning environment for families.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must successfully obtain RBT certification; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
