Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or eligible to obtain with company training.
• Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for families and clients.
• Patience and calmness when working in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices and logs.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build strong family partnerships.
