Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs and collect data using electronic devices, working as part of a clinical team.

We provide paid training to help you earn the RBT certification, ongoing support, and growth opportunities through BCBA schooling program partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
