Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and referral bonuses while you develop skills under supervision from a clinical team.

Experience is not required beyond the certification; you’ll contribute to individualized ABA plans, record data, and collaborate with families to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification before start.
• Care and compassion with children with Autism.
• Ability to work in home or community settings.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
