Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks passionate individuals to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role offers training to earn the RBT certification and ongoing support from a clinical team.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and help children with Autism develop new skills while building meaningful family connections. A six-month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidate must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans within the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with families.
