Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings.

We offer paid training to earn your RBT certification, flexible part-time schedules, same-day pay options, and career advancement support through BCBA schooling program partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
