Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Charlestown, MA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities. Under BCBA supervision you will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and support families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data.
