Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in‑home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA and care team to implement behavior plans, track progress, and engage families in the therapy process.

Not certified yet? We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam cost, with opportunities for bilingual pay, weekly supervision, and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior experience with children/ASD preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided by us.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (e.g., kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach or similar tools to track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, feeding).
