Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an Austin, IN in-home case. The position is part-time, about 15 hours per week, with weekday mornings between 8:00am and 3:30pm, at $23/hour for direct therapy.

You will work under a BCBA, implement the treatment plan, collect data, and receive supervision. The role offers flexible hours, a clear career path within ABA, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 8:00am–3:30pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; receive plan and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation, and actionable feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Supervisory support from BCBAs and clinical directors.
