Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Indianapolis for in-home therapy two weekday afternoons. The role supports children and teens with autism across sessions in the home, school, and community settings with BCBA supervision.

The RBT will deliver direct therapy, collect data, and stay engaged with families in a flexible, supportive environment. Competitive pay starts at $23/hour with paid non-billable time and bonuses for cancellations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 3:00pm–8:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Receive supervision, feedback, and competency assessments from the BCBA.
