Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Gary, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home cases, Mon–Fri afternoons, part-time. You will deliver direct therapy (97153) under the BCBA plan, collect data, and support families in their home.

We offer a clear path with BCBA supervision, a competitive hourly rate of $23 for direct therapy plus paid non-billable time, and flexible hours that fit your week. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification and have ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to the client plan.
• Submit session notes and collect data.
• Receive supervision and feedback from BCBA(s).
• Support families and maintain a consistent home-based schedule.
