Step Ahead ABA in Austin, IN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home sessions, two weekday afternoons, about 15 hours per week. The role offers $23/hour billable with additional paid non-billable time at $10/hour, and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Reliable transportation to in-home visits.

• Availability two weekday afternoons within 8:00am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBA supervision includes competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Support families and coordinate care in-home in Austin.
