Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, school, and community ABA therapy in Indianapolis, IN. This part-time role offers roughly 10 hours per week with two weekday mornings, 10:00am–3:00pm, at $23/hour for direct therapy.

A BCBA supervises your case, and you’ll support families in their homes. You will deliver therapy per a BCBA-designed plan, collect data, and participate in a collaborative team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 10:00am–3:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before you start with plan, intro, and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments and feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
