Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in South Bend, IN is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy on two weekday afternoons, 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm, about 4 hours per week. The role offers $23 per hour billable, with BCBA supervision and a pathway for advancement.

You will deliver direct therapy per the BCBA's plan and support families in Indiana. Candidates should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, prior ABA experience, and be comfortable working in

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB (or in progress with support).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 2:45pm-4:45pm.
• Comfort working in a family’s home and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA plan.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and family care manager for support.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Support supervision and competency assessments as required.
