Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home case in Demotte, IN. The role offers ~12 hours per week, two weekday afternoons between 9:00am–3:00pm, and a pay rate of $23/hour for direct therapy. A BCBA supervisor is assigned to the case to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications include an active RBT certification with the BACB and a HS diploma, with prior ABA experience preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 9:00am–3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the BCBA-written plan.
• Work with BCBA on plan, introduction, and family support.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
• Receive supervision, feedback, and competency assessments from BCBA.
