Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home sessions in North Liberty, IN. The role offers approximately 8 hours per week, with two weekday afternoons between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, in-home.

Pay is $23/hour billable, with additional paid non-billable time opportunities. You will deliver direct therapy under a BCBA-approved plan, collect data, and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 3:00pm–7:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you receive the plan and support.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid.
