Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in Rocklin, CA is seeking part-time RBTs to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays. Schedules are 2-8pm, Monday through Sunday, with afternoon and evening availability; sessions last 2–3 hours in home, clinic, or school.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
