Job summary

BURNETT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES INC is hiring a part-time RBT in Dixon, CA, with duties including one-on-one behavior support for children with autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings. Shifts are 2–8pm, Monday to Friday, with sessions typically 2–3 hours each.

Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and a $150 onboarding bonus post 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT as a requirement for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
