Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician in Rocklin, CA for part-time 2-8pm shifts, Monday through Sunday. You will work 1:1 with children in-home, in-clinic, or at school to build communication and daily living skills, with sessions lasting 2–3 hours.

This role offers paid training, RBT certification support, and growth pathways within BTS as you gain experience and certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Willingness to complete RBT training before start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision.
