Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and analysts/consultants.
• Functions as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in our online database.
• Participates in continuous training programs.
