Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with Medicaid credentials is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes and records client progress, and reports daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors with consistency.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
