You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, track progress, manage challenging behaviors, and collaborate with parents and the treatment team to promote skill development and daily living goals. This role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is preferred if already obtained.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a genuine love for working with children.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing development and training.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
