Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism in implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

You will observe progress, collect data, and support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills, while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid credentials.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills and communicates with families and team.
