Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a home-based setting in Minnesota. You will work with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

The ideal candidate holds current RBT certification (or will obtain within 6 months), has a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelors preferred), and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a home-based setting with flexible schedules and unexpected events.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients with ASD in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs, including data collection and recording.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams.
