Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Little Falls, MN is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement individualized plans, collaborate with the clinical team, and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.

A related bachelor’s degree and completion of the RBT training are required for this position. This is a part-time, on-site role offering meaningful family impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and completion of the required RBT training program are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and maintain accurate therapy session records.
• Implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and plan future therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
