Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We offer full-time and part-time roles, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements include completing a 40-hour RBT training course; ABA experience preferred; we provide RBT status assistance.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
