Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in a home-based ABA program. This part-time role provides direct therapy under BCBA supervision and focuses on helping clients reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

Currently certified as an RBT by the BACB.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities; ABA therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy plans in a home-based setting, under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record behavioral data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
Assist in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to address client needs.
Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other therapists to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress.
Provide support and guidance to families to promote consistency and generalization of learned behaviors.
