Alight Behavioral Therapy in Little Falls, MN is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and therapy sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans including reinforcement and skill generalization.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and future therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
