Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. This part-time role offers meaningful work delivering high‑quality therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and contribute to individualized treatment plans while collaborating with BCBAs and families. A strong RBT certification and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold current RBT certification and maintain through ongoing education.
• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with families and teams.
• Ability to lift and move around the home to facilitate sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to meet client goals.
• Assist in creating and updating treatment plans, data collection, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and billing information.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
